Please be informed that delays in shipment do not qualify for refunds. Should your order exceed the estimated delivery window, refrain from contacting us for updates until this period has lapsed. Josephine Jones bears no responsibility for any instances of loss, damage, or theft post-shipment.

Josephine Jones ensures every purchase is covered by insurance during transit until it reaches its destination. All orders necessitate a signature upon delivery, thereby transferring responsibility for the shipment to you. If you've designated a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you acknowledge that a signature from this third party serves as adequate proof of delivery and fulfillment by Josephine Jones.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are dispatched via reputable carriers such as DHL, RYM, or DPD. Track your package with the provided tracking number for real-time updates. For any delivery-related concerns, we recommend contacting the respective carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international deliveries, we utilize DHL services. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Should local customs authorities impose additional charges or seize items, Josephine Jones cannot be held accountable. The purchaser assumes responsibility for settling these fees.

 

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Customers are advised that failure to settle customs duties may result in the packaged be returned. Josephine Jones will not entertain returns or issue refunds for orders that were not received due to outstanding duty payments or refused deliveries for any other reasons.
